I'm a firm believer that everything begins and ends with attitude.  Your attitude about life, family, work, people, business and "self," determines how you act, walk, talk and treat others.

I've noticed that most people starting out in business are always looking for a leader.  My answer to that is "become the leader you're looking for!"

When you establish yourself as the expert in your own business, people want to know what you know!  It is your responsibility to educate yourself on every aspect of your business.  People want to know just how much you know about your products and services right?  I mean why would they go somewhere else looking for the answers when are prepared with knowledge as the expert?
